Debra LaRocca-Walker, Executive Pastry Chef
Chef Debra LaRocca-Walker is a culinary school graduate in Advanced Pastry Arts. In addition to her culinary education, Chef Debra completed 3 years in culinary training in classical French cuisine under a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef. She specializes in classic French and Italian foods, pastries and breads in addition to traditional Southern cuisine, desserts, cakes, cookies and pies. She brings over 35 years of experience in baking and culinary skills to Rocca's Bakery & Confections. Chef Walker is ServSafe Manager Certified in safe food handling practices and is a member in good standing with the American Culinary Federation and the Retail Bakers of America.
In addition to her pastry/baking experience, Chef Walker has over 20 years of culinary food service experience as an Executive Chef successfully managing restaurant businesses from sit down dining rooms to buffet restaurants serving 100 to 1,000 people.
