1. Baker/ServSafe certified - Seeking qualified baker who wants to be part of a great baking team for our retail store in Greensboro opening in late August. Applicant must have a minimum of 1year commercial bakery experience using scratch recipes. Knowledge of laminated doughs, scaling recipes and production baking is essential. Must have basic cake decorating experience. Bread making experience desirable. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 25lbs. Will be cross trained in coffee bar and retail store as fill in when necessary. Only applicants who meet minimum experience will be contacted.

Barista/Retail Store - Seeking an outgoing person with 1 year restaurant, customer service or coffee bar experience who loves working with people for our new retail store in Greensboro opening in late August. Barista experience desirable, but not necessary. All new employees will be trained onsite with bakery espresso and coffee bar machines. Must be familiar with Serv Safe sanitation and food handling procedures. This position will also assist customers with bakery item purchases. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Only applicants that meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
