1. Baker/ServSafe certified - Seeking qualified baker who wants to be part of a great baking team for our retail store in Greensboro opening in the fall 2025. Pastry School graduate desirable. Will consider internship from accredited pastry school. Applicant must have a minimum of 1year commercial bakery experience using scratch recipes. Knowledge of laminated doughs, scaling recipes and production baking is essential. Must have basic cake decorating experience. Bread making experience desirable. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 25lbs. Will be trained on the job in all aspects of bakery baking. Will be cross trained in coffee bar and retail store as fill in when necessary. Only applicants who meet minimum experience will be contacted. 2. Cake Decorator - Seeking creative, innovative cake decorator with experience in buttercream piping, flowers, vines and writing. Scroll work is desirable but not required. Experience with fondant and gum paste sculpting desirable. Experience making and working different buttercreams is essential. Cake decorator will be responsible for making buttercreams and assist in baking cakes/cupcakes for orders. Scaling and using scratch recipes is essential. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Will be cross trained in coffee bar and retail store as fill in when necessary. Barista/Retail Store - Seeking an outgoing person with 1 year restaurant, customer service or coffee bar experience who loves working with people in a fast paced environment for our new retail store in Greensboro opening in late August. Barista experience desirable, but not necessary. All new employees will be trained onsite with espresso and coffee bar machines. Must be familiar with Serv Safe sanitation and food handling procedures. This position will also assist customers with bakery item purchases.
